Returns & refunds

We want your air fryer to be a good fit for your kitchen. You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.

How to request a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. For damage or defects, include photographs or a short video when practical.
2. Wait for our return authorization and confirmed return address. Do not send a parcel to the business address without instructions.
3. Pack the appliance securely with its accessories and include your order number. Use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt.

Contacting us within the 30-day window starts your request. We will provide a reasonable return shipment deadline with the authorization.

Return condition

For a change-of-mind return, the appliance must be unused, clean, and complete, with its original accessories and packaging where available. Please inspect your delivery before using it. An appliance that has cooked food cannot be accepted as a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons. This does not prevent you from reporting a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

Who pays return shipping?

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we cover reasonable return shipping through our approved process. For a change of mind or a different size preference, you pay return shipping. Original standard shipping is free, and we do not deduct a restocking fee. Contact us before purchasing return postage so we can confirm the appropriate return process.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. PayPal or your bank may require additional time to display the credit. We cannot refund to a different account. If a return cannot be approved, we will explain the reason and available next steps.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions and replacement availability. To change from the 6.5QT to the 12QT Black, or vice versa, contact us first. Any price difference and applicable return shipping will be agreed with you before the exchange proceeds. If the requested model is unavailable, we can offer an eligible refund instead.

Damaged or defective items

Stop using an appliance that appears unsafe or damaged. Contact us promptly with your order details. Please do not attempt repairs or return the appliance without instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and damage caused by ignoring the appliance manual are not change-of-mind return reasons.

Cancellations

Email us immediately if you need to cancel. If fulfillment has not started, we will cancel and process the refund. If dispatch has already occurred, follow the return process above.
