Shipping policy

Simple shipping for your next kitchen essential. This policy applies to orders placed at www.airfryeriu.store.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Only eligible US delivery addresses are accepted at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping. If a carrier cannot serve your address, we will contact you before dispatch and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Shipping cost and delivery times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, peak periods, remote delivery locations, address issues, and carrier disruptions can extend transit times. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied at checkout. When tracking is available after dispatch, we will send it by email. Carrier tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. Contact us with your order number if you have not received dispatch information after 3 business days.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your address carefully before paying. Email us as soon as possible to request a correction or cancellation. We can usually assist before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, our return policy applies.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If your parcel is late, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and any available photographs. Check nearby delivery locations and household members first. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed lost or damaged shipment. Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate and does not reduce any rights you may have.

Undeliverable packages

If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange a refund or reshipment. Any reshipping charge will be disclosed for your approval before we proceed. We do not charge an undisclosed handling fee.
